RIDE-Arc
Monthly social bicycle ride themed around Architecture and Urban Anthropology held in various locations throughout Los Angeles. Primary organizer, researcher, ride-leader. Design of all print and graphic material, website, and and logistics management.
RIDE-Arc ran continually for 10 months of the year for 3.5 years, and for the most part it was a solo-effort (with the occasional help from good friends). The first ride started off with 10 people, and by the end of the 1st year the numbers had ballooned to over 100 per ride. Recent rides averaged an attendance of 300 cyclists. It is currently on a much needed hiatus due to other time obligations, despite the continual plea from cyclists for its existence. www.ridearc.org
